ECBC comprises a growing and diverse staff of more than 1,000 people with backgrounds in science, engineering and technical support. The Center has won awards for interagency cooperation and knowledge transfer. In 2002 five staff members received the bronze Federal Executive Board Excellence in Federal Career Award and another employee was honored as one of ten recipients of the Outstanding Young Americans Award.
